Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black titanium now available refurbished from Apple

Apple has updated its online refurbished store with new discounted products, including the Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black titanium. Here’s what’s new.

Refurbished Apple Watch Ultra and Mac Studio models debut

As spotted by MacRumors, the online Apple ‘Certified Refurbished’ store added a few new products recently.

Newly added are:

This represents the first time users have been able to buy these models refurbished from Apple.

What’s the advantage of a refurbished model?

Buying refurbished means you get a discount on the products compared to their standard retail price.

Apple also vouches for the products’ quality and includes warranties and other perks.

Here’s the full list of benefits Apple touts:

  • Quality products at great prices
  • Rigorous refurbishment process prior to sale
  • Covered by Apple’s one-year limited warranty
  • Covered by Apple’s 14-day returns policy
  • AppleCare can be purchased

Depending on what you’re looking for, Apple’s refurbished store can be a solid buying option. But for certain products, you might prefer buying new from Amazon instead.

For example, Amazon has the titanium black Apple Watch Ultra 2 currently on sale for $739 (down from $799). Apple’s refurbished model is $679.

Apple offers a solid discount, but Amazon’s sale might make the deal seem not quite as compelling for some.
