Here’s the redesigned AirDrop icon in iOS 26

Apple has updated every Home Screen app icon in iOS 26. As of beta 5, AirDrop has undergone the same redesign for its icon in the share sheet.

The previous version consisted of a blue dot within three blue semi-circles on a white background. The new version uses blue as the primary icon color, using layers of the opaque glass-like material to show the radar effect around a much more physical looking blip.

The new AirDrop icon appears prominently in the share sheet on iPhone and iPad. It’s also visible on the fifth beta version of macOS Tahoe 26, although the old icon still appears when you search for AirDrop in Finder.
