WondLa, Apple’s animated adventure trilogy, returns on November 26 for a final run of six episodes. Watch the trailer below.
’The future has many facets’
WondLa premiered in 2024 as the result of a second collaboration between Apple and John Lasseter’s Skydance Animation, following the premiere of Luck, one of Apple’s first animated feature films.
And while its second season premiered just last April, the story is set to return for its final chapter on November 26.
Here’s Apple on what to expect from WondLa’s third and final season:
In the epic final season of “WondLa,” war erupts between humans and aliens. With Orbona’s fate hanging in the balance, Eva must embark on her most dangerous mission yet: recapturing the stolen Heart of the Forest. Along the way, she gathers old friends and unlikely allies for one last stand. But to save Orbona, Eva must do more than find the Heart — she must bridge two divided worlds and prove the ultimate truth: “There is no ‘them.’ There is only us.”
WondLa’s voice cast includes Jeanine Mason (Roswell, New Mexico), Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond), Gary Anthony Williams (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows), Alan Tudyk (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), John Ratzenberger (Toy Story), and Peter Gallagher (Mr. Deeds), among others. The new season brings along Shohreh Aghdashloo (Star Trek Beyond), who also voices the trailer.
