One feature makes this MagSafe battery pack stand out

It feels like every brand has its own MagSafe power bank: thin ones, high-capacity ones, and even ones with built-in stands. However, something was always missing for me. I use multiple MagSafe accessories daily, such as a finger loop, wallet, and even a USB-C MagSafe hub, and the moment you attach a traditional battery pack, all of that becomes unusable. Kuxiu’s B10 finally fixes this with a brilliantly simple idea: magnets on both sides, letting you charge your phone with Qi2 while still attaching any MagSafe accessory you want. It’s such a simple concept, but incredibly smart. Here’s what you need to know.

I did a hands-on with some of my favorite MagSafe accessories, so be sure to see that below!

Kuxiu B10 specs

There is a lot to like about the B10 power bank, even before considering its double-sided magnet feature. Here is what stands out:

  • Supports Qi2 15W wireless charging
  • Supports 20W wired charging
  • 5000mAh capacity
  • Only 9.1mm thin and 120g in weight
  • Low current mode to charge AirPods
  • Double-sided MagSafe magnets
  • Made of aluminum alloy

What’s particularly nice about this is that it also comes with everything you need in the packaging. You get the power bank itself, a nice braided USBC cable, as well as a MagSafe ring holder that doubles as a stand.

Why the Kuxiu B10 is so useful

Again, this is such a simple idea, but so useful. It baffles me that no other companies have done this. So firstly it’s a battery pack that will charge iPhones at 15W. It’s also ultra-light and slim, so as a standalone MagSafe battery, it’s great. I also like how they implemented the design by putting all the specs on the actual pack itself. Makes it feel like an Off White branded product. You also get those creature comforts of 20W wired charging and the low current mode to charge your smaller devices that support Qi charging.

But the magic is with the additional magnets on the backside. I prefer to use a MagSafe finger loop and stand my phone upright most of the time. I use the G9 by Aulumu, which does that for me with infinite angles. However, if I need to use a battery pack, unless it has a built-in stand, I can prop it up or hold it securely. These magnets allow me to have the best of both worlds. Another recent use case is with a MagSafe USB-C hub and MagSafe SSD. The Kuxiu B10 allows me to use these devices while continuously charging my iPhone, giving me extended use, especially during heavier tasks and loads. It’s safe to say I have been loving this product.

Pricing & final thoughts

The Kuxiu B10 comes in two different finishes: Black and Titanium. It is currently on sale for $38.99 for Black Friday. For that price, you get the battery, a braided cable, and a MagSafe finger loop. To me, this is an insane value. If you are looking for a slim, convenient, and smartly designed MagSafe battery, I think this is one you should consider. I do want to mention that it is Qi2 and not Qi2.2 charging speeds. So you are getting 15W wireless charging instead of the new 25W wireless charging (which is only supported by the iPhone 16 and newer). However, aside from that, this could be the best MagSafe battery currently available. What do you think?
