The Morning Show season 4 is all about questioning what’s true, here’s the trailer

Apple’s original flagship TV+ series, The Morning Show, returns this fall with season 4. Here’s the first trailer and summary of the new season.

Apple teases The Morning Show season 4 plot, time jump

The Morning Show returns on Wednesday, September 17 with its season 4 premiere.

One new episode will arrive every week through November 19. To get caught up ahead of time, the first three seasons are streaming on Apple TV+.

Here’s Apple’s summary of season 4, and the new teaser trailer:

Season four of “The Morning Show” opens in spring 2024, almost two years after the events of season three. With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?

The focus on questioning what’s true in the age of AI and deepfakes sounds especially relevant. Kicking off with a two-year time jump seems interesting too, considering some of the major events of the season 3 finale.

Season 4 of The Morning Show somehow packs an even more stacked cast than ever. It includes:

  • Reese Witherspoon
  • Jennifer Aniston
  • Billy Crudup
  • Jon Hamm
  • Karen Pittman
  • Marion Cotillard
  • Jeremy Irons
  • Mark Duplass
  • Greta Lee
  • Nicole Beharie
  • Nestor Carbonell
  • Aaron Pierre
  • William Jackson Harper
  • Boyd Holbrook
