Fernando Silva started off his professional career in the enterprise technology space with his primary focus being moving large organizations from onsite legacy technologies to a more modern cloud infrastructure. All the technologies he dealt with were mostly in the Microsoft arena but he was always a lover of Apple at heart.

His love for Apple products started back in 2007 when Steve Jobs announced the first-ever iPhone. From then on, it was a love affair that to this day has only grown stronger. As the years progressed he consumed all sorts of media and content related to Apple and its products. First was the blogs like GSM Arena, CNET, and 9to5 and then he also fell in love with the tech Youtube community.

After picking up the new redesigned 2018 iPad Pro he absolutely loved the form factor and the power that came with it, and he realized that there wasn’t much iPad-related content on YouTube. In 2019 he started his YouTube channel that focused primarily on iPads and productivity. He was able to build his channel and community to 43,000 subscribers.

Hands on: GAMEBABY Case transforms your iPhone into a retro console with physical buttons

I was someone who grew up with a Gameboy Color in my hands. I would play games like Pokemon, Ray-Man, and Super Mario until my fingers cramped. So, last year, when Apple opened the gates and allowed emulator apps like Delta into the App Store, I was all over it. It was awesome playing my old games on my iPhone. Although the app does a great job with haptic feed to mimic physical buttons, there is really nothing like the real thing. So when I saw the GAMEBABY at CES this year, I knew I had to get my hands on it.

Even Realities G1 review: These AR glasses show me what I want Apple to make [Hands-on]

I’ve always been skeptical of AR and VR glasses. The tech is undeniably cool—especially with devices like the Vision Pro absolutely blowing me away —but the bulky, invasive form factors have always made them feel more like toys and demo machines rather than practical tools. Even with sleeker options like the Meta Ray-Bans, you still deal with oversized frames and those cameras. So when I came across the Even Realities G1 at CES and tried them on, I was in absolute awe. Let me tell you why.

iPadOS features you are not using, but should

If you have read or watched any of my content over the last few years, you might have realized that my iPad Pro is my main computer. Yes, I have a Mac Mini, but when it comes to getting actual work done, I always gravitate towards my iPad (I am currently writing this on my iPad). Something about the combination of gorgeous hardware and single app optimization nature of the software really makes the iPad a joy to use. With the release of iPadOS 18 we got an abundance of new features that has helped me double and triple down on this sentiment. We all know the headlining features, but I want to share a few other features that not many people know about. Lets get into it!

Hands-on: iPhone 16 Pro Max vs Samsung’s new S25 Ultra: Who did AI better?

I got an early, hands-on look at the new Samsung S25 lineup, most importantly the S25 Ultra. I was curious to see what the best of the best from Samsung was like compared to the Apple counterpart, the iPhone 16 Pro Max. What really stood out to me about these phones is that we have seemed to reach a peak when it comes to form factor. The rectangular, candy bar design breathes a lot of similarities across both devices and so do the internal specs. So the only thing left here to truly compare is going to be the software, user experience, and, of course, their AI. Let’s get into.

These are the best chargers for your Apple devices at every price point [Hands-on]

With so many devices in our pockets and everyday carry, each device has its own form of charging or wattage capacity, it is now more important than ever to make sure you have the correct charger for each device. For instance, my iPhone charges at 15W via Qi2 but can charge at up to 40W when wired in, so what is the best solution? I’m here to help you pick the best charger no matter your price point.

Here are the 5 best Apple-related announcements I saw at CES 2025

CES 2025 was a whirlwind of a time. It is the only convention in the world where you can see the future of the toothbrush industry right next to a booth all about robot vacuums with robotic arms coming out of them. Everyone brand now has some sort of AI assistant or smartglasses or health wearable or 1000W GaN charger that can charge 18 different laptops at full speed (A bit of an exaggeration). However, through all that noise, a few products and brands stood out to me regarding Apple-related products and accessories. Here are 5 of the best products I saw at CES.

Here are my top 6 iPhones cases for 2024

Every year, there seems to be an infinite number of cases available for your iPhone. There are thin cases, bulky cases, cases made of leather, others made of pure metal, cases with stands, and cases with a camera control cover; if you can think of it, there is a case for you. All this variability makes it tough to crown just one case as the ‘best’ case because it is so subjective. So, I wanted to create a few categories of cases and pick my favorite of each category. Here are my six favorite iPhone cases of 2024, with my personal favorite one first!
