Retail marathon: Apple stores open in Scottsdale, Deer Park, Lehigh Valley, Green Hills, Robina

It’s a big weekend for Apple retail. Across the United States and Australia, five Apple stores reopened or relocated Saturday to new and expanded spaces. Each store brings with it a unique design and layout, replacing aging locations no longer suited for Apple’s contemporary retail ideals. 9to5Mac visited Apple Deer Park’s grand opening in Illinois to bring you photos of the new space, and readers across the world have sent us their own photos to share.

Apple Park Visitor Center adds new, one-of-a-kind Avenues depicting Apple Watch Series 4, iPhone XS in exquisite detail

While standard Apple retail locations around the world have been receiving new graphic panels and 3D Feature Bays for the launch of the Apple Watch Series 4, iPhone XS, and upcoming iPhone XR, Apple Park Visitor Center is a wholly unique place. Coinciding with yesterday’s product launches, the store section of the space received some new and incredibly unique displays.

New Suzhou and Eastview Apple stores open to iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 4 customers

As customers around the world begin to receive their iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 4 orders today, Apple is also celebrating a launch day for its largest product: retail stores. Apple Suzhou, the company’s 505th store, opened its doors for the first time overnight in China to an enthusiastic crowd. Fans lined up not only to get their hands on the latest iPhones, but to be among the first to explore the massive new store. In the United States, Victor, New York customers were similarly treated to an admittedly more modest store at the Eastview Mall.

Apple Biltmore moving to Scottsdale Fashion Square September 29th, Green Hills store reopening after renovations

Just one week after the launch of the iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 4, Apple is set to move or reopen two of its stores across the United States. Both openings will happen on Saturday, September 29th at 10:00 A.M. local time and closely trail the planned September 21st move of Apple Eastview in Victor, New York to an expanded storefront. Friday will also be marked by the completion of Apple Suzhou, the company’s 505th retail store.
