First reported by 9to5Mac, iPhone Xs is now officially the name of Apple’s 2018 5.8-inch OLED iPhone. It joins the all-new 6.5-inch OLED iPhone Xs Max. Both variations rock the new A12 Bionic processor with improved cameras, faster wireless charging, and a stunning new gold color.

Moment releases first MFi battery case for iPhone Xs/X with shutter button & more

[Update: Even though the Xs and X share same dimensions, the company is waiting to test their Battery Photo Case with iPhone Xs as part of the MFi certification process. Once that is complete they will let customers know if the case is officially compatible.]

Apple suggests iPhone Xs supports faster wireless charging, but details are unclear

iPhone XS & XR: 5W adapter + USB-A, no more 3.5mm headphone adapter, no AirPower updates

Update: Apple is also no longer including the headphone adapter with iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 purchases.

With the launch of the iPhone XS and iPhone XR, Apple will no longer include the Lightning to 3.5mm headphone adapter in the iPhone box. Further, Apple is continuing to include a 5W power adapter and Lightning to USB-A, as opposed to USB-C, and made no mention fo AirPower.

New social media posts from both China Telecom and China Mobile (via GSMArena) are building some hype for dual-SIM support for this year’s iPhones.
