Since its introduction, Apple has released at least one new phone every single year. In recent years, that has typically been in the fall. iPhones are sold through multiple retail channels including Apple Stores, cellular stores, Best Buy, and other major electronic retailers. iPhones can be bought with a single up front payment, financed through the iPhone Upgrade Program, or financed through a cellular carrier.

Apple’s smartphone has become much more than just a phone since its debut. The iPhone can act as your primary camera, music player, GPS device, email client, mobile banking system, messaging device, movie player, and much more.

Earlier today, the Federal Security Service accused the NSA of hacking iPhones of citizens and foreign diplomats in Russia as part of a an espionage operation. DoorDash charges iPhone users more than Android users, lawsuit alleges

DoorDash charges iPhone users more than it charges Android users, at least according to a class-action lawsuit filed against the company. In the lawsuit, customers allege that DoorDash uses vague “delivery charge” fees as a way to mask the higher prices being paid by iPhone users.

According to the lawsuit, DoorDash engages in a “fraudulent scheme to charge and collect misleading, premium, and hidden fees from consumers for deliveries that DoorDash does not perform and for food that DoorDash does not sell.”

iPhone edges out Samsung in satisfaction survey; ties with soft drinks and shoes

Along with looking at wireless carrier satisfaction, the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) shared its latest data on how consumers feel about their smartphones. After seeing a slight increase year-over-year, Apple’s iPhone beat out Samsung to take the satisfaction crown. Interestingly, ASCI also included some other popular products showing that people were equally satisfied with iPhone as they were with soft drinks and athletic shoes.
